A handstand is a weight bearing exercise whereby load is placed on the hands in an inverted, vertical position. Handstands require a great deal of balance, control and stability. Our online coach provides a number of strength exercises, mobility exercises and movements one must regularly perform if they hope to one day hold a flawless handstand.
It is unlikely you will achieve this movement without patience, training consistency and help from a handstand specialist, however, it is not impossible and your chances can be greatly improved with the right training and programming ideas outlined in our extensive ONLINE COACH program.
