Suspension Training Essentials is all about strength to weight ratio, and being able to control your own body weight while being completely suspended from the ground. Gymnastic rings are predominantly used and we utilise a mass amount of regressions and progressions to cater to different levels of strength and mobility. If you would like the strength and mobility of a gymnast, this course will give you and your clients the foundations to achieve this. KETTLEBELLS Kettlebells Fundamentals is an affordable professional development course of the highest quality. Learn safety essentials, technical fundamentals for a multitude of different kettlebells exercises, and share in the knowledge of coaches that live and breathe kettlebells.
