There is no time-frame for completion. Course duration is 10-24 hours. Further Your Fitness is proud to present Olympic Lifting Masterclass. This course is new to our programs and will also be bundled with some of our original programs. This is an advanced strength-training masterclass to add to your weightlifting program, with Olympic weightlifting exercises. Olympic lifts use a weightlifting movement pattern associated with the Olympic games. In the sport of Olympic lifting, the two official lifts are the snatch and the clean and jerk.
