There is no time-frame for completion. Course duration is 10-24 hours online / face-to-face hybrid Suspension Training Essentials is a one-of-a-kind course designed by Further Your Fitness. Suspension Training Essentials is all about strength to weight ratio, and being able to control your own body weight while being completely suspended from the ground. Gymnastic rings are predominantly used and we utilise a mass amount of regressions and progressions to cater to different levels of strength and mobility. If you would like the strength and mobility of a gymnast, this course will give you and your clients the foundations to achieve this.
